Juan was early and he had to wait for me. I tried to return his call, but it went to the office and they asked him to wait. He did check my outside units until I arrived.He had no issues in the attic getting to my units. He gave me a good report and it all checked out good. Thank you.
We just switched over to Aero after having a not-so-great experience with our previous HVAC company. I was surprised that Aero’s pricing was so much more reasonable…to give you an idea, their cost for a replacement plenum was $650 and ABC was charging $1,700. Juan was our technician for three visits and he is great, so friendly - really takes the time to explain things and does a thorough job. I’m happy to have found Aero and plan to use them for my yearly service from here on out. They are also miles above our previous company in terms of easy scheduling and communications.
Fast turnaround, affordable prices, but most importantly- honest people! Juan took the time to explain everything and triple checked the system before he left. Great experience and will reach out to them in future for service / system replacement.
