This outfit is both unreliable and dishonest. Several weeks ago I discovered that they owed me a refund which they then acknowledged, and promised to provide to me. In the ensuing weeks I have had to call no less than three times to remind them of this outstanding debt, but I have still to receive my refund. If this company cannot do the small and simple things right and keeps breaking their commitments, surely they are not to be trusted to do any maintenance or repairs on one's home. My recommendation is to avoid doing any kind of business with them whatsoever.
Just another great experience with this HVAC contractor! I just can’t say enough good things about them. They came again when I needed them most and my AC is back up and running. I couldn’t be happier.
DTC was a lifesaver! At 9:30 at night I discovered a puddle of water in my hallway with water dripping from the air return in the ceiling. I called the company hoping to get a call back Saturday morning. DTC technician Richard, Called me back 15 minutes later. I was instructed to turn the unit off and he was at my home the next morning and fix the problem.I have had this company for five years, and I’ve always had outstanding customer service.
It is not often these days that you can “celebrate” your HVAC system going out! Especially in Central Texas, IN AUGUST!! I use the word celebrated because our “trial by fire” (Texas heat), in our home caused by lightning striking the HVAC vent on the highest point of our house and burning out both A/C systems, led us to discover THE BEST company for heating and air conditioning sales/services.DTC Air Conditioning in Georgetown came very highly recommended by people in our area. We interviewed 3 different companies and once we visited with the gentleman who came out within one day of our SOS call for help, we knew who we wanted to do business with. Their response was immediate, their pricing was fair and reasonable, ALL service technicians were courteous and knowledgeable and they actually helped us to improve our HVAC system greatly. Both days that they installed the two units, the technicians were kind, respectful of our property and picked up everything , leaving the work areas clean. Locally owned and operated was also a huge plus to us because we like doing business with neighbors, so-to-speak. It is a privilege supporting companies in our community who strive for excellence. From the owner, to the office manager, onto the sales/installation team…we could not be more pleased AND grateful! This was a very uncomfortable and stressful experience that DTC Air Conditioning & Heating turned into a reason to “celebrate”. Thank you, DTC.
