Ronald came out and fixed it quickly — he was very friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing, even though the unit had multiple issues that needed repair. Now we have a working AC and a new thermostat just in time for summer. Really appreciate the help!

During Winter, our thermostat stopped adjusting correctly, Roland came out the same day and fixed it for us, for the best price in the area!
In the middle of a heatwave, our air conditioning failed. Roland called back immediately (literally, we had just finished leaving a message) and set up an appointment for the next day.When he came out, he did a complete assessment of our system. He recognized our problem (dead capacitor) and repaired it. Then he pointed out other issues that we would have to address later. IMPORTANT: He did NOT try to upsell us! Other services try to scare you into paying for repairs you don't need at that moment. Roland advised us and let us know he was available when WE wanted to schedule things.We had him do a complete cleaning of our air conditioning unit as well.The result? We've had to turn our air conditioning DOWN during the day! The cleaning alone made our system more efficient and, of course, more energy efficient.We highly recommend!
Roland did an excellent job! He took the time to carefully check our AC and figure out what was wrong. I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was in explaining the issue and giving us helpful suggestions for fixing it. He made sure we understood our options and didn’t rush through the process. Overall, very professional and trustworthy—I would definitely recommend him!
