Gosh, I've got nothing but high praises for Davis Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning. I hadn't had the need for their services before as my old units had served me well for over 18 years, but when they finally started giving me trouble, I decided to give them a call. Melvin had been to my home twice earlier in the year to replace the capacitors. He was friendly, professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. Unfortunately, it was clear my two units were at the end of their life cycle! We decided to get a quote from Davis Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning and another local furnace repair company. We picked Davis Brothers and we were far from disappointed. They replaced both of my units with a new heat pump. One was replaced on a Friday, and the other on the following business day. I trusted Brian and his team with our garage code to do what they needed to do. They did an outstanding job with the installation and clean up. I couldn't even tell they had been to my home. A big thank you to Brian, Melvin, and the team. You have my full endorsement anytime!

My experience with Davis Brothers HVAC has been nothing short of satisfying. A few years back, they took care of my AC unit, and they recently inspected my furnace, which needed a part replacement. Melvin and Brian, the technicians, were both professional, friendly, and highly skilled. The best part was that the replacement was under warranty. I decided to compare their price with another company's quote and was shocked to find that the other company's estimate was three times more than Davis Brothers HVAC's. Brian was very patient during the replacement process, taking the time to explain what had gone wrong with the furnace and what I should look out for if any more problems arise. I'm usually skeptical about over-the-top praises, but in this case, I can't commend them enough for their exceptional service in Goodyear.

Brian was extremely professional, courteous, and his work was top-notch! We had a major gas leak somewhere beneath our house. He provided us with a very fair quote and assured us that the job wouldn't cost as much as we had previously been quoted by other firms. Many companies shy away from going beneath houses to inspect gas lines or work with HVAC systems. If you're in a situation like ours, with your gas lines and HVAC system located beneath your house, Brian is the guy for the job. He came out, located our leaks, fixed them, and followed up to ensure the gas company was satisfied that there were no further leaks and that they had turned our gas back on. When he handed us our final bill, the price was exactly as he'd estimated originally. Brian is also very punctual and keeps in touch, updating us on his findings and the work that needs to be done. He is an excellent professional and a man of integrity. You can rest assured that when you hire him, you'll be 100% satisfied with his work and the price. I won't hesitate to call Brian for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. I highly recommend him for any HVAC-related services.

They also gave us a quote for another issue we had, which was significantly different in price. Melvin clarified the situation brilliantly, guiding me through why there was such a large price difference in the quotes; as a result, we haven't thought about choosing another AC repair service.
