Recently had someone from your business sales department stop at my restaurant, I believe her name was Renee. She saw my ice maker was down and began chatting with me about Icon services. She was so pleasant, professional and friendly. I haven't been approached by someone so helpful like that in years. Really helped in a time of need. AC crapped out and Oscar was the tech to check it out. Summer heat is no joke and Icon showed up and handled business.Update: Rhett came out, had some more issues, in short time to update the system. But fixed the leaks we had and gave us a great game plan to what to do next.

Juan arrived that afternoon, quickly diagnosed the problem, and applied a temporary fix to restore comfort until the part arrived. When it did, Carlos and Sergio handled the installation with skill and professionalism.From start to finish, every ICON team member was courteous, punctual, and took clear pride in their work, even down to their clean, professional uniforms. The driver in this vehicle almost ran me over while backing into a parking spot, at an apartment complex. Not sure if he lives here or was doing work. He shouldn’t be pressing the gas like that at parking lot. If I had not ran out of way he would have hit me. Never got out the to apologize either, he needs to be aware of his surroundings
