Recently had someone from your business sales department stop at my restaurant, I believe her name was Renee. She saw my ice maker was down and began chatting with me about Icon services. She was so pleasant, professional and friendly. I haven't been approached by someone so helpful like that in years. She gave me her card and flyer and I will be reaching out to icon with my service needs for my restaurant equipment. Being a business owner it's rare you come across good people so I feel obligated to share the good experience and props to icon on having good people representing your company.

I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding service from ICON Mechanical Inc. I contacted them in July and spoke to Edward about an A/C issue, and within two hours, Joseph called to schedule a same-day visit. Juan arrived that afternoon, quickly diagnosed the problem, and applied a temporary fix to restore comfort until the part arrived. When it did, Carlos and Sergio handled the installation with skill and professionalism.

From start to finish, every ICON team member was courteous, punctual, and took clear pride in their work, even down to their clean, professional uniforms. Despite the busy season and Phoenix heat, their responsiveness was impressive.
Pricing was fair, and I appreciated the added military discount. What stands out was the follow-up by ICON. They called the next day and again a week later to ensure everything was running smoothly.

Highly recommend ICON Mechanical for honest, reliable HVAC service. They’ve earned our trust and future business.

He shouldn’t be pressing the gas like that at parking lot. If I had not ran out of way he would have hit me. Never got out the to apologize either, he needs to be aware of his surroundings
