Our AC unit decided to stop working 2 days ago in 90 degree weather. Total professionalism with Dave and Shane. They were both Respectful, courteous and friendly. They explained things as they were going along. Shane got us back up and running again in no time at all. They were even able to come the same day my husband called. Installed a mini split with these guys a couple years ago. Dave was very helpful and did all the measurements to spec the correct system for our needs and it has performed better than I honestly expected. I also liked the after install communication of any questions you might have.Dan was one of the installers and has been here a couple times for maintenance of the mini split, he is very knowledgeable of the product and always here when they say they will be.I would highly recommend this company for any size job you have because they wont let you down.

Dave at Bay Heating was amazing. We received another bid and it was overpriced on an average furnace and air conditioner. We got a top of the line furnace and air conditioner at an outstanding price. I would highly recommend using Bay Heating. Dave provided excellent customer service and even came and installed it while we were on vacation. Then took the time to come back and go through the model we purchased. Awesome!
