Called them to come out and check our furnace because of an odor. The tech cleaned the drain pipe and said that was probably the cause. We got a maintenance agreement at that time as well and he performed a seasonal check. Well when he left it kept getting colder and colder. Called the office and Tiffany told us we would be charged an after hours fee! He had just left less than two hours before. She said it did not matter! Needless to say the tech called and he apologized! It was his error because he forgot to make sure it was blowing hot air before he left. He was super nice and super apologetic but Tiffany’s customer service was the pitts! He told me I would not be charged an after hours fee!
This company has great customer service, we had a whole home brand nee inverter system install including all ne ductwork.I have yet to be to inspect the work but my stated the installers were proffesional and polite Gary was top notch once I am back in can inspect the work that was done to contribute a better reveiw
Shane has been servicing my units for several years. He follows his routines, he knows where everything is located. He puts on slippers when entering my home.He is courteous, meticulous, trustworthy does not waste time and does not rush. I am thankful for all that.
Sean Peoples does a great job and he explains any issues and even how the A/c or Heating unit looks. He has done ours I know since Oct. 2022 when we got both AC and Heating unit replaced. The only issue I have, not with Sean, is this is the 2nd time you all have had to reschedule my appointment because you had staff shortage due to someone being out. I understand sickness and emergencies, but a business should have a back up plan to avoid this. I plan my day and other appoints around my appointment with you all and when that gets changed it can cause an issue, if I already have a busy week. Other than tbat. I am well pleased. You have serviced our units since 2010 when we lived in another location then moved here in Graham in 2014.
The team at Chrismon are fantastic. From the original installers three years ago to the ongoing maintenance and repair team. High quality work, trustworthy technicians and an awesome back office team. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
