All these folk are Gems. Had an issue with all my neglected basment equipment. They promptly came, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than a day and gave me every bit of knowledge i felt like i needed. Thanks to all involved. O'neil, Mike,Darius and all the wonderful dispatchers. Even the Ai sara is actually pretty useful / responsive. (10/10) Will be calling again.

Dr. HVAC provided estimate & installation work for new AC unit within the same week. Received professional, friendly & extremely knowledgeable service throughout the process. Nick provided the estimate & follow up leading into the installation. And the team of knowledgeable technicians - Trevor & Gary who completed the installation of the new AC unit and air handler components were amazing! Solid team work & innovative expertise with navigating through some difficult space/vent challenges - not to mention the humid weather conditions. I’m very pleased with the workmanship & the technicians’ Trevor & Gary’s dedication to their work. I’d highly recommend this firm & team of professionals for any HVAC requirements or services. Byron came and quoted us a new fireplace in our century home. He was great to work with and even met us another time to answer more questions. Joe and Andre came and install a beauty new fireplace. They really did a wonderful job. They were very tidy and really helped walk me through the process. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. After receiving several quotes we went with Appleby because only required changes were suggested at very competitive prices. Another company tried to oversell and overprice. Appleby even told us about an extra incentive rebate not made available to us from another company. Byron’s experience and suggestions gave Appleby a competitive advantage. The installation team were professional. The work site was left exceptionally clean.
