I couldn't get my google wifi thermostat to work without a C wire for my heat pump system in my condo (The Sands Georgetown). Jamie and his apprentice Ryan, came to find the previous owner incorrectly wired the unit. The father and son team diagnosed the problem and ran new wires and cleaned everything up. I'm very happy to report everything is working as expected. His fees are very reasonable and I'm thankful for his experience and professionalism.
Of course on one of the hottest days of the year the air conditioner stopped working. The team from Xceed came out within an hour to check the unit. They were able to get it running temporarily to make sure my family was comfortable and were back the next day to fix it for an incredibly fair price. More impressive was the time they spent showing me some basic routine maintenance and care to keep the unit working more efficiently. Xceed’s professionalism, expertise and genuine concern for the community they serve is rare these days, so call them first and rest assured you’re in good hands.

Highly professional and helpful guy, my furnace got broken on a very cold day, I called Xceed Mechanical and Jammie came right away. Diagnosed the problem and fix the furnace in less than a hour, he also gave me furnace maintenance tips too.I also used Xceed Mechanical service to install my new GAS Stove, he did a very professional job following all the safety codes at a very reasonable price.I highly recommend XCEED MECHANICAL for any HVAC work.
