Reviews frequently highlight fast response, with several customers noting same-day visits and on-truck parts that enabled immediate repairs. Many mention clear explanations, itemized invoices, and efforts to control costs. Workmanship and professionalism are recurring themes, including careful testing before leaving. A few reviews mention small add-on fees, but overall sentiment is strongly positive.

AWESOME!! Wesley came out an hour after I called (that’s fast for AC help when huh don’t have any!)
He had the new motor stocked in his truck and fixed it quickly. He explained everything well, wrote up a detailed invoice. As an extra, he checked and cleaned both units! For reference, my former HVAC company didn’t have the part in truck (wasn’t concerned that was another night of no AC for us) and was going to charge $200 more. Texas Air is now my new HVAC company. I highly recommend them!!

Our job was super complicated -- involving a giant crane, a street-blockage, city permit, police supervision, a narrow ladder, a hot attic, a small roofside platform, plus all the usual HVAC take-down and set-up, etc.

But Mark and Wesley made it all look easy - got it all done efficiently, cheerfully, on budget, and within the time allotted.

They also made reasonable & successful efforts to save us money where possible.

We felt they were knowledgeable, professional, honest, reliable, punctual, good communicators, conscientious and -- beside all that -- even fun to talk to!

10/10 would confidently entrust them with any other job at my home.

We had the AC go out in our shop, Roy's Pawn & Gun. This unfortunately happened during business hours so we were in desperation mode to get it up and running asap. We called these guys and not only were they able to come right out and diagnose the issue, but they had the parts in stock and fixed it one the spot. AND they found and fixed some other things that prevented future problems. Mark and Wesley are extremely professional and honest making Texas Air our go-to guys! Thank you again!

Called and spoke to Mark & was told someone would be out around noon. Wesley actually showed up an hour early, which was great because my AC was completely out & it was HOT. Wesley made sure the AC worked properly. He tested it several times to make sure it was fixed and I appreciate that. I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 because of the additional charge of $8.75 for service fee that I was not aware of. Other than that, I am happy with the service and will use them again for my annual tune-up.

Mark Heine and his son Wesley have worked on our AC units for several years now. Their work is thorough and careful, and they’re great at diagnosing, fixing, and sustaining HVAC units. Texas Air Conditioning and Heating will never charge for things we don’t need - and they’re tremendously responsive. It’s great company with great people - we won’t use anyone else. Five stars.
