Great experience installing a new furnace and AC. Starting with a consultation visit from Darrell who was professional and knowledgeable. Mike and Victor were the install team. They were friendly and efficient! The install was done ahead of schedule. Both units working well so far. Appreciate their competence!
Aire Serv and their Tech guy, Jacob were great!!I called this afternoon with a concern and was told I could have an appointment as early as 5pm. That was great considering the heat in the house was dropping. Jake called shortly after 4 to say he could arrive early, Absolutely sir!! When he arrived he was pleasant and informative. As soon as he found the problem which only took a few minutes to find&fix, he sat with us and explained what the issue was why it happened and how to fix it. The sensor above the pilot needed cleaned. When it came time to pay, he was very transparent about the three estimates options and benefits of each, there was no pressure to upsell. Plus in my invoice email he sent info about the maintenance program they offer so we can sign up later if we choose.He even discovered a couple toys my cats hadn't seen in a few years LOL.Overall, this was a great experience, I would definitely recommend and come back to Aireserv again for any needs.
Waking up and not having heat was not a good start to a morning. But, we had used this service a couple years ago and were pleased then. We called and within 30 minutes our service provider arrived. It was nice he worked close by and could diagnosis the issue quickly. He was honest and transparent about the issue. The service was quick. We appreciate not only Aire Serv, but the service tech was very professional and courteous. They will be our go to for any future service needed. Thank you.
I had Brett B and Jake H work on my furnace yesterday and today, and they were both professional, prompt, and quick in their work. Brett did a great job diagnosing the problem, explaining my options, and making sure I had an appointment ASAP once he verified my part was in stock. Jake came today and installed the part, but also took the time to make sure it was in full working order before he left, as the furnace didn't respond as expected right away. They were both kind and respectful of my time and my home, and I couldn't recommend the company more based on my experiences with them. Thanks, guys!
