Dave came out for my annual furnace and gas water heater inspection and maintenance. He wsa very friendly and pointed out that my water heater pressure valve was leaking. He quoted me for repair and put me in touch with his company for a replacement quote so I could choose. He gave me some great tips and was informative. Bel Aire has been a great comapny to work with.
