I’ll be recommending JP heating and cooling to anyone who’s interested in HVAC services. To start, Jason is one of the nicest human beings anyone might meet. I called to schedule a quote and Traci, the front desk gal was super friendly (that already made me feel like I was going to be working with a good company) and relayed my message to Jason. He called me back fairly quickly and was at my house at his soonest availability. He sent me a quote the next day! He got his team out there within two weeks. His guys were very clean (yes there was still dust after the fact BUT it’s construction, can’t expect a professional clean) and I felt comfortable with them being in my home. They answered my questions and communicated well. I am very happy and satisfied with JP heating and cooling. Thank you, JP heating team.
JP Heating & Air were timely in their estimate and worked with my schedule for a propane conversion and cooktop install. Very professional and friendly. Price was fair and they went out of their way to make sure the job was completed as promised. I would recommend and hire again.
Amazing customer service. Quick response time, same day service if needed.I called JP for a second opinion after a horrible experience with another company. JP heard my concerns and scheduled a tech to come out the same day about 2 hours after I called! No wait, no fuss, no run around - just polite and immediate response!They found the issue the previous company had caused and fixed it immediately. This is the second time I've called JP out for a second opinion, and well, now JP will be my first call for all my needs going forward. 10/10 would recommend them to all family/friends. They have reasonable costs and the techs actually know what they're doing. I appreciate their excellent customer service and industry knowledge.
This was probably the best experience one could expect when your heat goes out in 0 degree weather. They had a team to my house same day even while busy, diagnosed and advised quickly, and was even able to replace my furnace in a time frame that was faster than expected. Everyone was SO nice and helpful. Sure it was expensive, but furnaces are expensive and the cost was VERY reasonable in comparison to other places. In the unfortunate instance you have an emergency, highly recommend!
Tracy was awesome. She made sure she did everything possible to make sure me and my family were taken care of with this situation. She was very professional, she kept me updated and checked up on us. She worked with the manufacture and did a great job. Her company has a great employee representing them. The installation was smooth the gentleman were professional. This whole experience was not as stressful as I thought it would be. I would highly recommend them. I am 100 percent satisfied.
