The two service providers were knowledgeable and professional.They thoroughly inspected the furnace and discovered a repair which needed to be done. The part was reasonable priced and the service providers had the part in supply on their truck. It made the repair easy and convenient. Now the furnace runs efficiently and smoothly, and heat is being provided. It is in the 40's with 20mph north winds so we believe this was an important discovery on the part of Artie's Heating and Cooling two service providers. Dec 1st 2025another Excellent trip, the heater went out.they came quickly... and heater is working....So happy.Excellent !! Family owned business that cares and will do their best to give you peace of mind. Our shop at 330 on a day before the holiday!!! There was a dripping from the vent in kitchen, never happened before. Two technicians showed up with out fear. Turns out because of the extreme heat and then the sudden rain.. caused this.... we were then able to have peace of mind and go home for the long holiday weekend. And Monday... two tech showed up again just to check on us. We will keep an eye on it... maybe in future just may need an insulated vent in that one area. Thank you so much!!!!Killeen Pest Control
