I am moving into a new place and when I walked in and found a huge puddle around the hvac unit I quickly called maintenance. Ellis air contacted me within 10 minutes of the request.. and said someone would be on their way. Taylor gave me a call ahead and said he was on his way. I told him hey grab a key from the rental office and I’ll meet you there! Not only did he solve the issue, he explained the unit to me in terms that I understood and gave me pointers to try and avoid a clogged drain line once fully moved in. I know for sure I’ll be requesting Taylor if any issues arise with this unit! Yall are blessed to have him. He treated me like a human. Hard to find now a days. Thank you Taylor!!!

His knowledge base is vast and he explained everything to me so that I could understand what was going on with my system. I couldn't ask for a better technician! 10/10 Service and Speed – Ellis Air Earned a Lifelong Customer

Early this morning, I called Ellis Air on behalf of my elderly parents whose HVAC system had suddenly shut down. I first spoke with Mr. Williams, who was incredibly polite, friendly, and patient. He gave clear instructions so my parents could prepare for the technician’s visit and help ensure a quick fix.

To my surprise, Ellis Air had someone out within just a few hours. Mr. Taylor, the service technician, arrived promptly and immediately made a great impression. He was extremely courteous, professional, and—most importantly—knowledgeable. Within a short time, he diagnosed and repaired the issue, then took the time to walk my parents through simple steps to help prevent future problems.

The level of care and communication from start to finish was outstanding. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines speed, honesty, and genuine customer service like this.

Ellis Air will absolutely have all of our HVAC service needs going forward. Highly recommend!
