Great experince with Killeen Heating and Air the technicians were professional, experinced and friendly they completed the work on schedule. After the installation was completed I experinced an issue with what I thought was thermostat. I called the Killeen Heating and Air the represrntative took the information about what I was experincing. Within a few ninutes I was contacted by one of the owners and he personally came to my home and resilved the issue I eas having. In my opinion they are a first class business.

If you are a landlord or homeowner and need an honest, trustworthy HVAC company that operates with integrity, look no further than Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning. As an owner of a fourplex, I've been with them since 2021 and they've never failed me. Their technicians are knowledgeable, let me know if a tenant isn't keeping up on air filter changes, handle drain line clogs reasonably, and coordinate to make routine pre-winter and pre-summer maintenance/tune-up visits go seamlessly. Their front office personnel (Thanks Holley!) are always so pleasant and kind whenever I call which is how anyone wants to be treated as a client and ownership are flat out good folks!
