?????Avoid this company at all costs.We were loyal Graham customers for years. But this last experience was completely unacceptable.They reached out to us to schedule maintenance (we didn’t even request it). During the visit, their new, inexperienced technician caused our A/C to stop working. It broke in the middle of the service and never turned back on.It was 94°F in our Florida home. We became sick from the heat. Our dog vomited repeatedly. Michael, their manager, gave us a weak portable unit that barely helped. A few days later, he told us the compressor had burned out and said we needed either a refrigerant conversion or a new A/C system. First he offered a new unit for $7,000, then suddenly changed the price to nearly $12,000 after speaking with his boss.All we wanted was for them to fix what they broke—but they *refused* to take responsibility. They kept saying that the A/C failed because it was “too old,” and insisted that it was “impossible” their technician damaged it. That’s absurd. Our unit was working **perfectly** until the technician arrived. It broke **during** the maintenance. Technician-caused issues are actually *very common* in HVAC work.Eventually, they agreed to install a compressor—but told us it wouldn’t work unless we paid $7,000 for the refrigerant conversion. They knowingly left us with a broken system and a $7,000 bill for something that was *not* our fault.Totally dishonest, irresponsible, and disrespectful. We feel scammed. Be warned.
Had them out to replace the insulation and fix my ductwork. They broke a board on the side of my house, stapled through an electrical cord so now my outlets in my bathroom don’t work. Called them back to fix this and because I noticed that the insulation was still falling out under my house. They came and replaced the board, but didn’t finish the insulation or the ductwork repair. They are refusing to even look at the outlets because they “aren’t electricians” nor are they willing to get someone else to fix this issue. I’ve called them five times to come finish the insulation and ductwork and I’m getting the runaround from their office workers saying: “a manager is looking into it and will get back to me.” It’s been almost 9 months since they didn’t finish the job I hired them for and three weeks since I’ve figured out that they never finished the job in the first place.
