AA-Air installed a new unit for us. Chris came out and worked up the estimate for what we needed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Zack, Jaron and Cara installed the unit. They were great, showed up on time, working efficiently and professionally while being very friendly and easy to communicate with. They left our garage cleaner than they found it. Cooper even came out to check on everything. He was great. We are very satisfied and would recommend AA-Air to anyone that needs their service.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company.The project manager, Erin Gillison, took the time and effort to completely engineer the job from top to bottom, as this was an entirely new HVAC system install. She worked with us on what we wanted, as opposed to just trying to sell something. The system, a Trane Heat Pump HVAC system with VFD technology normally found only in commercial systems, runs quietly, efficiently, and effectively. She was also one of the most pleasant human beings I've met in any walk of life (Our two cats both tried to adopt her.)The three installers, Jordan, John, and David, were very professional and very good to work with the whole time. As always with significant installations, there were questions and hurdles from both sides, but they were resolved quickly. They were also very good about cleaning up after themselves and minimizing the mess they made in the first place. They installed an entirely new split-unit HVAC system in a tight attic space, and removed an old, nasty HVAC system and ductwork from an equally tight, nasty crawl space. They were also nice enough to install a new crawl space access door in the space where the old HVAC system penetrated the wall. The entirety of the job was completed in six days.And all of this was done for what I consider a reasonable price. These guys have the combination of being a small, mom (literally!)-and-pop company with access to the latest and greatest in HVAC technology and efficiency. They are good, whether your neighborhood is Farragut or farmland.I would highly recommend this company for ANY of your HVAC work.
They are incredibly fast for installation! They had us up and running with a new HVAC system in under 3 hours! Install and tech teams are fantastic here! The sales team took super good care of us. Erin did our inspection and calculations. She helped us find the perfect unit for us. I would reccomend everyone give these guys a chance, you will not regret it!
