Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing

We called Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing because our HVAC kept blowing the 3amp fuse even after others had tried to fix it. We're glad Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing sent David Finch! He methodically tested everything from the thermostat to the unit outside until he narrowed down the location of what was causing the short, and then found severely frayed and chafed wires that ran under the unit (nearly impossible to see until he figured out exactly where to look). He replaced it with all new wiring and the unit now works well again! We appreciated the care he showed to do the job right. 5 STARS!

We've limped along with our old AC/heat unit for several years and decided to replace it. We used Advanced Heat & AC for the install since we have been happy with previous service. We had an issue with one of our HVAC units recently & Advanced was very quick to not only respond, but schedule the service & dispatch a tech (shout out Jordan), who was professional, courteous, and patient in walking us through the situation. He then addressed & resolved the issue inside of one hour - pretty impressive! Highly recommend and thank you for the continued great service!

Advanced was the ONLY service available to come out same day when there was snow. We were without hot water and after calling so many plumbing emergency services, they were the only ones available. Also, they went out of their way the next time we needed them to find a way to get to our home sooner than any other service. They even called me back and said they moved other appointments around to come to our home sooner. Really appreciate their diligence and devotion to make their customers priority!!!

When I called, I got an immediate answer and so cordial. Technician Jordan came out within minimal working hours from the time I requested service, arrived promptly and early, so friendly and respectful. Diagnosed what my system did and did not need then took prompt, thorough care of it. Pricing more than reasonable. I have had Advanced to come out several times over the years and they are absolutely the best in every way.
