As always, prompt, friendly, efficient. All my experiences with All Star have been very positive. Not thrilled to have a fan fail at just two years into the system, but they identified and replaced free of charge quickly. The owner Tony is very accessible and helpful.
My experience with ALL STAR was great. The two tech's were working on it installing the unit had some issues getting it to cool. Then a third guy showed up and they spent about another 3.5 hours working on it to get it working. After they finished and got it working properly, I found out the 3rd guy that showed up was the owner of the company, and that really impressed me. Seeing the owner of the company showing up, helping out the technicians, says a lot in my book. I will recommend ALL STAR to others.
Fred came out and inspected the HVAC system at my house that I just bought. He checked every single part of it, from the unit and all that it entails, to the duct work, the thermostat, the return, and all the vents/registers. 5 Star, extremely knowledgeable service. No pressure, no sales schemes, none of that. Just a really good dude with great attention to detail that explained how everything works, what type of service interval we needed, even a recommendation on type and brand of filter to use. I was so impressed with him and with All Star as a company that I signed up for their service plan. They promptly called me and sent out someone to inspect our plumbing as well, all inclusive of the service plan. One extremely low fee for an entire year of service, not to mention that in signing up for their plan I will have to pay zero out of pocket if future service visits are needed and will also get a great discount and deal if anything needs replaced. All of this because of Fred’s knowledge and personality. Call them today folks. I promise you won’t regret it!
Jon Andersen was very professional (as expected) and considerate. He came prepared with shoe coverings -for when he entered my home -and ensured everything was operational and cleaned up before he departed. He also explained the issue to me and was very patient with answering all of my questions.I have used All-Star in the past - at another home - and I had the same experience with the owner, Tony.Great company, great service, and good people. I recommend All Star for any HVAC service for your home.
