Had to get a new system put in and Rocky tops price was the best and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. We had to have Tim come out a couple months later and he was amazing and fixed the problem quickly. (No problem of their own) They also offered a warranty on the unit that no one else came close to being as good. Very pleased.

Do NOT use this company! I thought I could trust them to do some work on my house in North Knoxville. They failed to check that my unit was under warranty, lied to my face twice, and told me I needed a new unit! I had another company come check it out. In under 2 minutes they called it in and got me a new Evap coil under warranty. Cheap repair, and unit works great again. Rockytop was dishonest, and on top of that one of their techs sprayed refrigerant all over the back of my house and ruined it! I called them several times, and tried to let them make it right. Multiple times they said a manager would call me back. Nothing, but a Horrible experience all the way around. If you enjoy being ripped off then Rocky Top HVAC is your company.

Our AC stopped cooling and we needed help quickly. The technician Glenn showed up on time, figured out what was wrong, and got everything working again the same day. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and was very professional the whole time. The building started cooling again shortly after he finished, and everything has been working great since. We’re really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing commercial AC or HVAC service.

The refrigerator in our assisted living building stopped working, so we contacted Rocky Top and received prompt same-day service from Glenn. He was fantastic from start to finish! Having the necessary part on hand, he completed the repair in about an hour. The professionalism and customer service provided were exceptional. We greatly appreciate the effort and will be calling again!!

We’ve used Rocky Top for several years now. Every tech we’ve dealt with has been kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. We went with the maintenance plan and a couple of weeks ago Will was out and did a thorough inspection. It was nice to have that before the cold weather kicked in. We had an issue this morning and surprisingly, thankfully, Devon was available to check out our issue. We recommend Rocky Top to anyone in our neighborhood looking for a good and reasonably priced HVAC company!
