Both preston and Tommy were great, had no issues with the service besides the cost which was high but the service itself was great, can't blame the techs they did excellent work and stayed till the job was done. My compressor blew up due to a lightning strike so there was a lot of work to be done so they did good.
Tommy the tech was very knowledgeable and educated me on the issues with my unit. I appreciated him taking the time to thoroughly service my unit as well. Excellent service from SRC as always!
SRC was very thorough from the estimate to the completion of the job. Every step was explained thoroughly and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the job left behind. Mr. Tanner called a couple times during and after the job to make sure expectations were met. His senior installer Mr. Preston was very professional and explained each step in detail. Thank you SRC air and I hope others have as great of an experience as we did.
Tommy was great at explaining everything happening and what should have been happening. He was determined to make sure we had ac before leaving and making sure that I understood his process of what he was doing each step of the way. I haven’t had a single problem since. Thank you Tommy and the SRC Air AC & Heating for getting our ac up and running right! Definitely will be my number one call next time.
