We had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned, and the Morgan did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, and very thorough. The difference in air quality and efficiency was noticeable right away. Highly recommend their services for anyone needing vent or duct cleaning. Melissa is awesome as well to help schedule.

Highly recommend Mark for duct cleaning! And Royce comes to service my furnace and A/C. ! They are both professional and knowledgeable and friendly. They are honest about what your system needs or doesn’t need. I’m so happy that I found Triad 5 years ago- I’ve always had a good experience with them. Very fair prices too!

When I called Triad, I spoke with Laurie, who was able to quickly quote prices of the available services. I scheduled my appointment for 8am & Mark showed up the next day at 8. After setting up his equipment, he got started around 8:30 & finished a little after 12 noon. He showed me before & after pics of the ducts & dryer vents. He also cleaned the vent covers in the house. For the price & detailed service, I'd recommend Triad.
