We had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned, and the Morgan did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, and very thorough. When I called Triad, I spoke with Laurie, who was able to quickly quote prices of the available services. I scheduled my appointment for 8am & Mark showed up the next day at 8. After setting up his equipment, he got started around 8:30 & finished a little after 12 noon. He showed me before & after pics of the ducts & dryer vents. He also cleaned the vent covers in the house. For the price & detailed service, I'd recommend Triad.
Our A/C system quit cooling on a very hot afternoon. A call to Triad and Brian was at the front door in less than two hours. He restarted the A/C and got it cooling. I asked for an evaluation of the 14.5-year-old HVAC system. Brain gave me several options. I chose to replace the system. The Triad crew changed out the system at the first open appointment. They were friendly and got right to work and did a very nice job. I plan on using Triad to maintain the system. I recommend this company.
I would post pictures of I could. The young man who came out left electrical wires hanging everywhere on the outside unit. He left electrical tape all around the outside unit on the ground. He complained the issue was the wiring however he possibly made it worse. I asked him to check the air filter he did not. I wasn't pleased with the service I received today.
