The owner Jeff is professional and thorough. He did the annual maintenance on my furnace and gave us estimates on central air conditioning installation. The written estimates included good, better and best options for our home with corresponding options so we could make an informed decision. When we decided on the A/C unit, Allen came out and did an awesome job on the installation and ran wiring for a new thermostat. He too was professional and thorough. I recommend AirNow if you’re looking for a fair, reliable and professional HVAC company.

Jeff and Alan expertly installed a new furnace in my parent's basement over a year ago. This was no easy feat since their old furnace was 50+ yrs old and big and heavy. They brought in concrete blocks to place the new furnace on and installed tubing to add more humidity in their dry home. It's been over a year and their furnace still works great! The temperature is comfortable and the added humidity has been great for our skin and sinuses. Alan installed and setup an Ecobee thermostat for us. It has been a game changer and we love it. Jeff recently performed yearly maintenance on the furnance and took his time, ensuring that everything worked perfectly. He even gave us a discount, which was great! Jeff has been honest and reliable with my family and I feel like we can count on him to fix any problems we might encounter in the future. We used Air Now for a new furnace. They came in way under than the other quotes. They installed the furnace in a timely manner and the tech even fixed an issue with my water heater vent that a “big name Utah brand” installed awhile back, it wasn’t up to code and he fixed it with no extra charge. The tech was super nice and kept me updated on everything. Jeff kept me in the loop with what to expect and was quick to respond. I was very impressed and highly recommend based on our experience.
