The installers were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with their skill dealing with each installation puzzle to work out, and they did the job in good time. I would invite them back any day!
Very happy with the response and communication provided by the team at Bill’s. Our furnace is running good and so much quieter. The service call was reasonable. The part was a little pricey, but luckily they found one. Cheaper than a whole new furnace.
Justin and Kyland did an outstanding job installing our fireplace. Very personable and professional. Justin really impressed me how he connected so many wires without looking at a single instruction. We love the fireplace and have just 2 outstanding issues. The screen is on back order and the plate around the fireplace is to be replaced.They cleaned up when finished, took away all the old parts of our previous logs etc. Our family room was clean as when they came. Very much appreciated. Thanks to both men.
