My a/c system is 25 yrs old, therefore, I keep thinking it could ‘go’ at any time. Mark Durrant’s crew came last summer and checked everything out, said it’s still in good condition - when they could’ve easily told me its on its way out and charged me way too much for a new unit. Today they came because last night it went from pushing out cold air, to hot, and back to cold. I figured for SURE I’d have to replace it now. Nope! They checked everything thoroughly and found one fuse that had died, they replaced it and said it’s good to go! I appreciate their honesty, because with the unit being 25 years old it wouldn’t surprise me at all if it just died! I will ALWAYS call Teton Mechanical for a/c issues and to have my gas fireplace serviced & cleaned.
I am building a home with Ovation homes right now and I was very fortunate that they contracted with Mark and his team for my HVAC. They did a beautiful job on the installation and were very accommodating with my questions and and in the installation of gas lines for my on demand hot water heater. Great job Mark! Highly recommend them.
We were referred to this company by a friend. Long story short we were charged for no work done and the technician seemed very confused the whole time. Called the company a day later and they made things right and refunded the money. Still trust the friend and the boss was very nice and professional but because of the technician we took our business elsewhere.
