I just want to talk about a man named Ted who cleaned the duct work at my place this week. He was very thorough and cleaned up after he was done. He was very professional with a sense of humor, and was on time and very efficient, putting everything back in it's place. The companyItself holds pride in all its work I am so thankful. Right from the beginning when you talk to the receptionist to the workers themselves. Like Josh who put in a new humidifier the week before he was very professional and personable. I recently had my ducts cleaned by this company in London, Ontario, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Ted, the technician, was an absolute pro—he arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did an outstanding job. The air in my home feels noticeably fresher and cleaner now. What really impressed me was that after the duct cleaning, there was some inevitable dust kicked up, and Ted took the extra time to vacuum and wipe down most of it in the house without me even asking. Polite, thorough, and genuinely caring about the customer’s space. Highly recommend their duct cleaning service!
They came and did a great job cleaning our ducts. Any questions I had, they were able to answer during the service. They even cleaned each of our vent covers to look like brand new! I would recommend to anyone needing ducts cleaned.
I’m sad to say, but I would never recommend this company for dryer vent cleaning or duct cleaning.I called them because of the good reviews, but was very disappointed at the service we received. They scheduled us with Ted initially, but he was unable to make it due to a personal family issue and we were re-scheduled for an evening appt. Ted came back but did most of the work in the dark. We had him here to clean our ducts and our dryer vent, as they had never been done in 27 years and I was concerned about a potential fire due to the error message warning of blockage in our dryer vent. Ted was polite, and I was under the impression that he was doing the job we asked him to do. I even asked him before he left, if he cleaned the dryer vent and he said he did. About a month after his visit, I had the error message show up again on my dryer saying it was 80% blocked. I was upset and concerned. So I called them with my concern and the receptionist said she would need to talk to her manager and get back to me. They never called back. I called again, and left a message, and they never returned my call. I’m still waiting for a call. That was 2 months ago.The job wasn’t done properly. We suspect the dryer vent was not cleaned at all.I had to hire another company. I was shocked, and so were they, at the amount of lint that came out of the vent. I watched them clean it.I also had them check the duct work to see if that was done, and they said that it didn’t look like the dust was not loosened from the inside of the duct work. I think Ted rushed the job because of his personal obligations.DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR DUCT CLEANING OR VENT CLEANING!!!
Ted (our cleaning professional) did an exceptional job cleaning the furnace, the vents and the dryer exhaust. Highly recommended!
