Woke up during the night on Sunday and my furnace was not working with temperature in the home was at 18C. Put a service call in to Orzech Heating and Cooling at 7:00am and very soon after service technician Kyle called and said he would be over around noon, and would keep me updated of his plan arrival time. Kyle updated me twice confirming his arrival time. He arrived just before noon as first communicated. Kyle was very courteous and friendly and extremely knowledgeable in his work. He did a very thorough investigation on the problem related to my furnace and had it working within an hour. He also noticed and fixed a small water leak in the furnace exhaust vent pipe beyond the scope of the work he came to fix. I continue to have full confidence in Orzech Heating and Cooling, and highly recommend this company for the their knowledge, workmanship, and prompt service. In addition, Kyle is a great asset to your team.
Orzech were very prompt in responding to our concerns. Bryce was super helpful with our humidifier. He tweaked it to address the issue of water pressure, so now we can enjoy the inside air more comfortably. Very professional and competent! Thanks so much, Mark.
We recently had 2 technicians come out to work on our furnace and both were very professional and diligent. Happy they were able to solve the problem same day and get things fixed in a timely manner.We have always had excellent experiences with Orzech, as we usually have them come out annually. Truly appreciate their help!
Fantastic service and really fast! Our furnace wasn't working on a Saturday morning, I called Orzech based on feedback from coworkers.Their tech was there within the hour, had the furnace fixed in 30 minutes, and the bill was very reasonable for weekend service. The tech, Anthony, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Orzech again!!
During one of our recent cold snaps our furnace was not coming on at night and the temperature actually reached a low 63 degrees. Upon seeing Orzech serviced and sold Lennox equipment which I prefer. After a very short time the office called back and a technician was on his Way. He found no major problem so but cleaned and made several small adjustments in less than an hour and our furnace was running like new again. Very good service at a fair price. They will be my service provider from now on. Good job Orzech.
