I am a local realtor that had buyers purchasing a home in Calhan area of El Paso County. The sellers agent told us they used Highland to have the furnace and a/c serviced and cleaned before the closing of the home & provided a receipt showing the payment. My clients (the buyers) were staying in a camper the first few days after closing so didn't need to use the interior of the home that needed some flooring replaced first...however after about a week after closing they moved from the camper to the house which was super hot (90+ degrees inside) due to hot summer weather. They went to turn on the a/c and no cool air at all only fan blowing. Obviously it became hotter inside with no cool air so my clients called the company on a Saturday that certified the unit which said they are open 24/7 (Highland Heating) and had to leave a msg. They did not hear from anyone for hrs so then I called to leave a msg in hopes to get a supervisor or someone to please call us back....at the same time I had no idea that the listing agent for the sellers also called and left a msg. So at this point 3 phone calls and no return calls all weekend : ( The listing agent on the following Monday-2 days later- received a text from Highland basically just saying they serviced the unit but never offered to come take a look or anything to that affect.... but also to this day myself and the buyers have not received a return call at all from our messages. We were both very disappointed with the lack of customer service, very sad. We were not involved with the actual appointment of the service side of things so didn't want to give too low of a google rating, again just disappointed how this was handled or not handled with follow up.

Highland Heating and Air has been doing semi-annual maintenance on our furnace and AC for the past 14 years. The service is prompt, reliable and reasonably priced. Chris performed another comprehensive exam, and offered full explanations of everything he did. Love this company!

Excellence all the way around. Everyone was extremely professional -- knowledgeable, helpful, knew what they were doing, bid it accurately, did what they said when they said they would and charged what they estimated. We had an old boiler replaced in a home in Boulder and the inspector said is was a first rate job with absolutely no issues. This is my second experience with Jack and his crew and I'm very pleased to know I can count on them.

I recently had these guys come out and give me an estimate to install AC in my house. Being that my house is older with no duct work on the top floor, my options were limited. They took the time to discuss my options, listen to my concerns, and tried to come up with the most cost effective plan.

I got the quote back very quick, and the quote was very reasonable for the amount of work and the amount of equipment they had to install.

The morning they showed up, they sent out 2 guys who were extremely friendly and flat out got it done! I was impressed with how quick and thorough they were.

I'd definitely recommend them, and use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!
