I called on Dec. 2nd for my 37 year old furnace that quit working. MRCH was able to look at it on Dec.3rd am, and after working on it for an hour, which then it backfired a flame out into the room, the tech shut it off, declaring it a fire hazard, saying I needed a new furnace. I received a quote, agreed on the price, and they showed up right away to start taking out the elderly furnace and working on the rotting uneven floor, cutting out the rot and replacing it with a safe supported subfloor. They finished installing the new furnace today, Dec. 4th. I'm very happy with the new furnace and hope it lasts for another 37 years, when I'm 107 years old! Oh, and I will call them to look at and fix my non-working geo-therm system in my second farm house that hasn't worked for 3 years. A good company and great, really nice neighbours! I'd give them 10 stars!

We are writing to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent care and service provided by our technician, Chris. For three weeks, we had been without hot water and heat, a recurring issue that plagued us (3–4 times annually) with the company that originally installed our water tank. Seeking a second opinion, Chris quickly arrived and was instrumental in diagnosing the correct root of the problem, identifying an issue with our expansion tank and confirming a gas leak that had been a major concern. Chris then worked proactively with the manufacturer to design and implement a new, non-leaking system while ensuring our existing warranty remained intact. His diligent work ethic and speed in restoring our heat and hot water were greatly appreciated. We are grateful for his knowledge and expertise and would highly recommend him to all our friends and family. Furthermore, Chris is very transparent regarding invoices and pricing if you have questions.

He replaced the thermocouple on our hot water tank on his recommendation to do so, but did not push any work on us. The lovely folks at Meadow Ridge Custom Heating are great. I needed a diagnostic for my malfunctioning old water tank. Chris popped around to take a look. Within a few minutes the problem was discovered (it had given up the ghost) and a new water tank was ordered and fitted the very next day in expert fashion. No fuss, no issues, no worries.
