I have been a customer since they opened, I have had several upgrades done, furnace, heat pump, hot water on demand and some gas work for bbq’s. I have always been impressed by the products and service they provide.
Daniel and team arrived on schedule and were very thorough for a furnace, tankless water heater, fireplace and patio heater service. They found and fixed an inadvertent minor gas leak whilst servicing my furnace. They also found and removed a variety of insect/nests in my fireplace and patio heaters. They explained the results of their work, provided documentation and made sure to echo Sherri's suggestion to take advantage of the Fortis rebates ($150)! Very professional and courteous. Great job!
Always a pleasure dealing with these folks. My old hot water tank was weeping so gave them a call and discussed details with the lady who answers their phone. I've talked with her about a few furnace issues in the past and as usual her knowledge was appreciated. The tank showed up as promised and the two plumbers installed it in short time. The tank was filled and energized and I now have hot water. Before they left they cleaned up the space and did a nice neat and water tight job.
