Leaving another bad review since you completely lied to your response to my my initial reviewing claiming this was not the correct bc company I had my poor experience. Contacted company this morning when we noticed heat wasn’t turning on. Spoke to gentleman that told me he would be able to take service call at 11am so therefore I cancelled a later service call that I had scheduled with another company. Called around 1130am and he stated he was running behind, called again around 1230 where he hung up on me and now I am unable to schedule another service call with any other company since it’s a Friday afternoon leaving my family with two young children without heat. Very disappointed experience.
Absolutely thrilled with our new heat pump installation! The entire process was seamless, from the initial consultation to the final setup. The installation team was prompt, professional, and highly skilled, ensuring everything was installed perfectly. Our home is now much more energy-efficient, and the system runs quietly and effectively, providing consistent comfort throughout the house. We’ve already noticed a drop in our energy bills! If you’re considering a heat pump, I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and quality workmanship!
Update: made multiple attempts to get in touch regarding problems from this installation. Unfortunately, never showed up and stopped responding.Sam came to our house and was extremely helpful!!! He was very honest, kind, and definitely trustworthy. He suggested the Mitsubishi wall units for the set up of our house. We ended up getting them installed by him and they work wonderfully. Sam even follows up after some time with the units to confirm that everything is working as it should. We definitely would recommend this product, and Sam and his crew to anyone looking to possibly get some work done!!!
