Wonderful experience from start to finish. Lee was sent to my house to do a general system checkup. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Making an appointment was super easy and the person in the office making appointments was so friendly and nice on the phone. It's hard to find an HVAC company in Mount Pleasant that isn't owned by a big private equity firm, so it's great peace of mind to know that the company is locally owned by people who actually care. 10000% would recommend!

A/C was out and house temps were 90 degrees. I called 3 companies and Pleasant Air was the only one to call me back promptly. Jeremy gave me a projected window, and held to that timeframe even after backlogs due to a tropical storm. They promptly diagnosed the problem, picked up the part and installed, fixing the problem within 24 hrs. Each visit was well communicated and the techs were friendly without overselling. It was so refreshing to encounter this professionalism!

I hired Pleasant Air Conditioning to install a heat pump for our third floor build out. They did such a good job, and the pricing was fantastic (I quoted two other Nextdoor recommended companies), I also had them replace the original 4.5 ton furnace for my 1/2 floors. I can’t say enough great things about Jeremy and the guys who work for him. The company is quick to respond! I had a little adjustment that needed to be made(after the company had our money) and they were “johnny on the spot!” Highly highly highly recommend these guys!!!
