We recently had Strategic complete a repair of our heat pump that they installed about 3 years ago. While the need for the repair was unexpected and unfortunate we had a good experience with them organizing the repair. The company communicated well and very quickly sent a technician. Rajan, the gentleman who performed the repair, was awesome. He was timely and communicated well, was friendly and personable, and was able to identify the problem and repair it. We really appreciated the work that Rajan did.
I highly recommend this company. Scott gave me his honest opinion on whether my appliance was worth fixing. He was able to work with my schedule and communicated clearly and promptly. When the appliance glitched as he was packing up, he stayed to adjust it until he was confident in his repair. I also appreciated how he explained what he was doing so that I could understand what the problem was and what problems I might encounter in the future. He also followed up to ensure the repair was holding. Nothing is cheap these days but the price was fair.
