Truly a great experience. It is seldom that you will find a service provider that actually provides client service as the people from Comfort Group do. I recently decided to update my furnace and include a heat pump for my house. Four quotations. CG was the lowest and more accurate quotation and Scott came back on my request to review the proposal and explain the situation and the best way to get the job done. They arrived 8 days later and completed the project as discussed within 48 hours. All 5 or 6 of the technicians that worked on this project at my house were super efficient, polite and professional in every way. Each and every one of them answered my questions respectfully and patiently. They cleaned up after themselves constantly and when they left nothing was left behind except for a brand new dual fuel system that works seamlessly so far. I recommend Comfort Group to anyone looking to upgrade their home heating and/or cooling system. Outstanding, just outstanding.

I am revising my review for Comfort Group. When it comes to the hard working installation crew, especially men like Steve Major, I would give them 5 Stars, A+. I’m a GC and I had Comfort Group install a large and complex 2 unit system in a spectacular log home I am building. It had its challenges but the guys who did the install work came through. I do have some issues with the communication skills of the management, which I believe they should work on. In this business, good, prompt and regular communication is paramount, and that ball was dropped multiple times. That said, in the end, they were able to come through, and I do appreciate that I did eventually receive the assistance I needed. I hope that on future projects, their communication ( calls, texts, emails) will be handled in a more timely fashion.

The sales guy said it was a one day job but it was a full 2 with marty s crew leaving my house clean and tidy at the end of each day
The electricuan waited 20 for me to get home to discuss drywall holes I was not expecting
The 5 pieces were put back into the wall and there was minimal dust and drywall patching
So that was not as horrible as I thought
The electrician also helped with an unrelated issue so I knew what bulbs I needed
The crawl dpace was very narrow but noone complained
On a Friday afternoon late Marty brought his ladder back out of the truck and painted a drain pipe high up to match the house - above and beyond duty then gave all the tip to his assistant. The crew were hard working competent polite and respectful. Excellent company in my experience

Wonderful service from the sales rep, Chad, and the next day installation happened as promised with very skilled technicians Kyle W. and Vasyl! We had four rooms done with cooling and heat exchangers. The appearance of the modern units is not intrusive, the noise level minimum, and the cooling amazing!! We got a lesson on how to use everything and installation was completed by the end of the day. They cleaned up well and were very respectful of our home, doing their best to place equipment and wires etc where they won’t be noticed. Thanks you Chad and Vasyl!!! 5/5 ??????????
