He was professional, came on the same day I called and he figured out what was wrong immediately. I now have a company I can trust and use in the future. I highly recommend Josh. Had a great experience with JTComforts. Josh was super helpful right from the start — he talked me through some furnace issues over the phone and helped narrow things down before even coming out. He showed up the next day, was on time, and clearly knew his stuff.

He managed to squeeze a bit more life out of my old furnace to help get through the rest of the season, which I really appreciated. Josh also walked me through my options for repair vs. replacement in a straightforward, no-pressure way. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was both knowledgeable and honest.

Definitely recommend JTComforts if you're looking for reliable HVAC help.
