If you’re nervous to try these guys because they are new to the market, don’t be! They were very professional. No haggling on the price, even after running into some obstacles. The team of 3 worked hard and even stayed late on the second day to ensure the job was done and the system was running as expected.I feel like I have a new house after my entire life of forced air heating.I love that I am supporting a local venture that is looking to disrupt the market with straight talk and an easy experience. Installed new heat pump and explained everything about the operating instructions .I am now able to just set the temperature even from my phone. My favorite thing is that I can set schedules for lowering or raising the temperature for bedtime and morning. Very happy with the whole process. If someone asked me about heat pumps I would definitely tell them to contactJetson.
Jetson Team was prompted, friendly and easy to interact with. System provides a consistent heat through out the day and night, which is nice and makes the home more comfortable. The old propane furnace would cycle work hard to heat the house up and then the house would become cool and then furnace would kick in and work hard again to try heat the house - not efficient.Oh and 2/3rds to 4/5ths quieter than the old furnace - I can hear myself think now when the house is being heated. I look forward to see how the cooling works out as this was installed in my mom's home and she is 84 years old and will be happy to have a cool home this summer!Thanks Jetson!
Wow! What a pleasant experience. We had our heat pump installed yesterday. The workers were super courteous and efficient.We needed a sub panel installed and the electrician went above and beyond tidying up other circuits unrelated to the install. I highly recommend this company.
We've been trying to upgrade to a heat pump for a few years and always found the many options confusing and overwhelming. Jetson fixed all that with their easy all-in-one call that saw our gas furnace replaced with a whole-house heat pump. The team rolled up (right on schedule) in their very cool e-vans and got everything done in just under two days. This included the electrical work and properly prepping the space outside. All we did was sit back and let them take care of everything.We appreciated how clean they were and respectful while working in and around the house. We now have an amazing system in our home to keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter! I would recommend Jetson to anyone looking for an easy and very fairly priced conversion.
