Our furnace quit suddenly in February. We weren't able to troubleshot it, and couldn't even tell if the problem was the thermostat or the furnace. ProGas came out on a Friday afternoon, fixed the problem and serviced our gas fireplaces too. Fabulous service.

Technician and office manager were pleasant. However I was not happy with my overall service. I did try to resolve this with the office manager and respectfully voiced my concerns, in hopes that they would provide some type of resolution or compensation. The office manager agreed with my concerns and said that they wanted to make sure that their customers were happy and would try to find a way to resolve this. I was told I was going to receive a follow up call back and after one follow up attempt on my end and then again no response from the business, I did give up. I feel like I gave the business an opportunity to rectify the situation and they just chose to forget about me. Not happy with my overall experience or the service I received. Unfortunately, I will definitely not be back and I am disappointed that they did not do better to try to fix the situation.

Very prompt response. Ben really knows what he’s doing and has offered some very creative solution. Just completed the installation of on demand, hot water, as well as a new furnace. In addition to being extremely professional, the staff provided made by minute, explanations of what was being done and were able to do it all in one day.
