Five star shout out to Max Comfort Heating. Two years running my furnace stops working and Matt is there to troubleshoot, and solve the problem. Both times the issues were with a faulty alert on the propane tanks (another company). Toasty warm while I write this review.Matt, this is the way a pro runs a business!
Matt, Katie, and crew were outstanding. Prompt with the competitive estimate (Hot Water Tank). Matt was on-time and he and his assistant completed the work quickly and efficiently without problems. Estimate, billing and payment handled very professionally by Katie. Just a pleasure to work with the Max Comfort team. I would highly recommend them. We will use them again in the future. Our AC wasn't working and the temperature and humidity were rising! We are very appreciative of Matt's professionalism and how quickly he came to confirm our AC needed replacing and was then back and installing our new unit within 2 days! We're really happy we hired Max Comfort to put in our air conditioner. Matt was punctual, very polite and informative. He brought a mat in so he wouldn't track mud into my house when he was going in and out to his truck which I thought was very thoughtful. He took time to answer all my questions. His work was very professional and he cleaned up after his work so I wouldn't have even known he was there. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a HVAC contractor. We will definitely be using him again in the future.
