We contacted this company over six weeks ago regarding ongoing issues with our make-up air unit, which was experiencing sporadic failures throughout the day. During the initial call, I had already explained that the burner had been replaced the previous year and that the likely issue was related to a faulty sensor and overdue filter replacement.The technician came onsite, briefly “cleaned” the sensor, and ultimately confirmed exactly what we had already identified — that the filters needed to be changed and that a sensor component required replacement. We were then charged $350 for the visit.Unfortunately, after collecting payment, the company completely stopped responding and never returned to perform the actual repairs that were discussed and clearly required. Charging a customer to repeat information they already provided, without completing or scheduling the necessary work, feels extremely unprofessional and, frankly, scummy.We expected proper follow-through and service, but instead were left with the same unresolved issue and no communication.Would steer away from this company based on this experience
I called Mersey for an issue with my humidifier. They had a technician over within a couple hours to diagnose the issue, and the next day they were able to fix the problem. Zhou was the name of the gentleman who installed my new humidifier, and he was very kind and professional.Great service from everyone I dealt with.
I have had Blair out to my place several times to complete work on my refrigeration system. I expressed some concerns I had with neighbours about dB levels and he educated me on various options to mitigate these problems and once a decision was made immediately worked towards addressing the solution. I have shared his information to a friend who also has sung his praises. Going forward I see no other path but to use Tracey Refrigeration for all of our needs. Cannot recommend enough.
After much research and visits from various installers, I was fortunate to find Andrew. He arranged for someone to come the next day to ensure a new fireplace would retrofit into our existing space.He answered all my questions with patience and provided the best price in comparison to all others.The installers came on the date/time agreed upon and did exceptional work.Everything worked out perfectly.
I was pleasantly surprised at the great communication and service that I received from Tracey Refrigeration. I contacted them online and they delivered as promised. The unit i purchased and had installed is truly whisper quiet and compact. The installers showed up early and were very professional. They completed the job of removing the old unit and installing the new unit in about 3 hours.My neighbour was so impressed that she ordered one for herself on the same day as mine was installed.In addition I found the price very fair especially compared to local companies.i am glad to recommend their services.Thanks to all the staff that I dealt with...they were great.
