We are totally happy with the service and speediness we got. We had called another company and had waited a week for someone. No one, and no promise there would be anyone before the weekend, which will be in the 90's. Thank you, Complete HVAC!!!
They installed a furnace for us and we later discovered that they cut every corner they could. Didn’t even seal things up properly. I’m guessing their 5 star ratings come from people who had minor work done or left their reviews before discovering everything that was done wrong. You’re better off doing it yourself with a YouTube video, or just call literally anyone else in town.Edit: their disinterest in doing anything right shows even in their response to this review, with their lazy, copied and pasted response. Could call and explain things like “you need to tape and seal your duct joints,” but that’s not the customer’s job, is it. Have wasted enough time fixing their sloppy work as it is ????
My experience was top notch! The service tech I orginally spoke with was informative and knowledgeable. The installers for new units were great as well! They left things clean and they took time to explain what they were doing. I will be recommending Complete HVAC to anyone needing service or installation! One of the best contractor experiences I have had!
My furnace stopped working right before the weather was supposed to turn. The temperatures were calling for a high of 15° and a low of 7° starting that evening. Needless to say time was of the essence to complete the repair. I called them and within an hour Justin came out, diagnosed the problem and had everything taken care of by 4 o’clock. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Justin is a very professional technician. I would recommend this business to anybody in need of HVAC services. Thank you for your help.
Complete HVAC is amazing! We arrived home after a short vacation on a 90+ degree day only to find out our air conditioner was not working. We called Complete HVAC and within 2 hours their technician Dan arrived and found the problem. He was able to fix it and also cleaned out the condenser. The price for all of this was very reasonable. Dan was very professional and friendly and knew what he was doing. We definitely recommend this company and will be using them, if needed, in the future.
