Techs are always professional and personable; never that awkward "I've got a stranger in my house doing work" vibe, and I appreciate that very much.

I am from a generation that purchases things that are quality and are made to last. Looking to replace a furnace that was 42+ years old was not going to be a quick decision. There are a number of factors to consider. Price and quality reputation were at the top of the checklist. I remember speaking with representatives at the Oley Fair. Their genuineness spoke volumes. They did not push products and respected what parameters you had for your project.
I was beyond blessed to have won the Oldest Furnace contest they had in the fall. From consultation to completion, Eric, Colton and Cody went above and beyond. They explained the process in everyday terms and were transparent throughout the installation. No question or concern was too small. Their work ethic is something you can not put a price on. I hope this furnace lasts another 42 years, but if not, I know who I will be calling!

This was our first experience with B&L. We called them due to an issue we had for months nobody could figure out.

They were able to identify the issue and fix it within two days time. It was incredible. We cannot thank them enough for fixing our Trane AC/Heat pump system. Which not a lot of people are experienced with. Saved us a lot of money and time. Super friendly, super hard working and the most respectful company I’ve worked with in a while.

If you have issues with your HVAC, or even just need it maintained, don’t hesitate to call them. The quality of work and care they put into the job is truly unmatched.
