Everyone from Kyle to the installers were excellent to work with. They were very nice, efficient and just good people. Everything explained to me was done as described. They showed me where the dampers were to adjust airflow and reviewed the operation of the system. I interviewed 3 heating and air companies to do a complete removal and install. They won on all aspects- product quality, price and efficiency.
6 Star service. Garrett was our technician for our HVAC which was failing to provide airflow. He quickly assessed the issue and got right to work for the repair, replacing a failed motor fan. Within an hour the unit was blowing air from the heater and A/C better than it ever had before. The cost was very reasonable considering the type of component needing replacing. Highly recommended American Energy, their customer service is top notch.
