South Placer came out to my home and inspected and repaired my system while I was still at work as a family member let the technician Damion in and to my thermostat. My heating and air system was not getting power to my nest thermostat and I was not able to operate my system or turn it on.Damion was easily able to communicate with me what he found and repairs made. Because I used my home warranty, I did not have to come out of pocket for any of the repairs made whatsoever.This is not the first time I have had South Placer help me with my heating and cooling system and they have gained my confidence in diagnosing and quickly repairing whatever the issue is. It also says something that my home warranty company are the ones that contacted placer heating and air to service me in the first place.Thank you Damion and South Placer Heating and Air for keeping my system up and running and in the best condition it can be for me and my family.
The technician was amazing, knew right what to do and fixed my heater. I am so appreciative. This was the second attempt to fix the issue. When I reported to customer service the first attempt did not work the company sent someone out the next day. Customer service reps were so friendly and understanding. I highly recommend this company.
I highly recommend Placer Heating & Air. The technician , Brendan O’Hara was excellent. He not only arrived timely, but he kept me updated during his repair visit. He was very professional and personable. He even changed the light bulb in the attic where the heating unit is located..(it turns out I gave him a multi-color switching lightbulb…but the lighting was still good so we decided to keep it so the next repairman can enjoy ??)….

I have a home warranty through AHS and they contract with South Placer Heating and Air. SPH&A was very responsive and reached out to me as soon as they opened in the morning to set an appointment. The day of the appointment, they called me to remind me, and called me again when the technician was on his way. The technician also called me with an exact time he'd be at my house. The technician was Tyler and he was great. He was down to earth and very professional. He explained each thing he tested saying what the reading should be and what they were, along with educating me on how the parts of the heat pump system works. He resolved the issue and its been working great since. He really knew his trade and took pride in his work. I would highly recommend Tyler if you have a choice.
