Boyd and his team installed a new furnace. We are very happy to have such great local businesses in our neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a new furnace. When the furnace was failing to stay lit, little did I know that I had a beast of a furnace repair job ahead of us. I called Rapid Response to try to prioritize local businesses. Boyd and Ronnie came out four separate times to diagnose and fix my furnace, and steeply discounted the cost of the repair. Both of these guys are straight shooters and persisted with a particularly tricky furnace repair, even going so far as to consult with a tech who worked exclusively on my brand of furnaces to get more insight to get us set up with a working heater again. I'd work with them in a heartbeat, and on top of it all they were incredibly kind and down to earth. Thanks again guys!
Boyd and his crew have taken care of my parents home for years. They moved an AC unit for us that used to make our patio unbearably hot when no other company would do it. They have replaced our furnace and given new life to our old air conditioner. They maintain all of our systems on the maintenance plan and they are always honest in their recommendations. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
Just bought a duplex. Had the gas turned on but couldn’t get the furnace pilot light to come on. I called Rapid Response for help. He was booked out but took a minute to talk me through it over the phone for FREE! It was resolved in minutes and he saved me a $89 service call! Wow!! I will definitely keep his number in my contacts list for future needs.
What an excellent job Boyd and his team did!! We were dealing with our home warranty for a week or so and they keep sending incompetent “techs” that our issue was never resolve, we ended canceling our home warranty. We called Boyd on a Friday, he answered all our questions and concerns and offered to stop by our house in a few hours, that afternoon he was here and found the issues with our AC unit. Since the moment we met him, we felt that we made a GREAT decision calling him, he is honest, professional and trustworthy, by Monday we have new AC unit but because of our AC system in our home, the new unit didn’t work, so he figured out what the issues was and told us that we needed a different AC unit. He was able to find the AC unit outside the city and sent his crew to get it, few hour later we had a great AC unit installed at no extra cost, what a fantastic job he did, the new unit works great and we are a happy customer.
