Sean was sent by our home warranty when our furnace stopped working. He was able to come same day and quickly diagnosed the problem which lead to a furnace replacement. Once work was approved through the warranty Sean immediately reached out to schedule the install first thing the very next day. He did a fantastic job finishing the work in a timely manner, keeping us updated on timelines, answered all our questions and left our mechanical room cleaner than before. He was very professional, polite and meticulous with his work. Needless to say, if we need any hvac work in the future we’ll make sure to request Sean from Zephyr Heating and Cooling!

He is super knowledgeable and efficient with his work (AND CLEAN WITH HIS WORK…not the case for many experts as Sean)!We reached out to him previously for a furnace check; he came and gave an honest assessment. We never expected for a home warranty claim that our home warranty service would choose him, too! We scored TWICE! He replaced our expired A/C unit and an expiring furnace.It is clear why he has a 5-star rating!
