AF Honest Home Services was excellent to work with! They gave me a very reasonable estimate for installing an inlet for a home emergency power generator. They got me on their schedule quickly. Vlad called 15-minutes before arriving and was there on time. Redoing the circuit breakers was required; he made sure the work was safe and up to code. The inlet looks great, and he left the area clean. I am very happy I chose AF Honest Home Services. They met or exceeded all my expectations.

I booked with Amanda, who’s really sharp, and informative. She sent Zach my way who replaced a blower motor in my Lennox unit.They’re very reasonable, communicative, and let me know all my options, which is all very important to me.Zach was really personable, and got everything done in a timely manner. Amanda came out and ensured that we were taken care of ASAP! She is the owner of AF Honest Home and legitimately came out at 8:30pm, sacrificing family time to teach us as brand new home owners the way that EVERYTHING air conditioning and cooling works.Our AC has been broken for months and this heat wave finally did us in. Quotes are wonderfully reasonable for the damage we have let occur over time. She presented us financing options through AVISTA that make any fix affordable and accessible with our budget. Our AC is up and running thanks to a quick fuse fix and we have a path forward.This has been a priceless service from badass boss woman Amanda! Highly recommend.
Today was my second opportunity to work with AF Honest Home Services. I had such great service from Zach and his helper the first time in a routine cleaning that when my condensation pump went out, I immediately dialed them up. Amanda took my call and was friendly right away with great humor and kindness. I was expecting to jump right into scheduling a service call but Amanda took the time to troubleshoot the situation with me, had be check several items, then ultimately agreed the pump was likely bad. Again, I expected to schedule a service call but instead, Amanda surprised me with tips on how to handle the situation while waiting for a tech to arrive. All along, she was joking and laughing and kept a not so great situation from just being another chore to do. And her sense of humor didn't stop through the whole call even though it was already after 5pm! I can't say enough great things about my interaction tonight. Amanda was able to get me in early tomorrow! Talk about great turnaround time and the cost quoted was so reasonable!If you're in need of furnace servicing and repair I can't recommend these folks more. Give them a call and get a dose of Amanda's good humor while experiencing the best customer service for yourself!
