It’s always scary to have your furnace go out in the winter, but WOW! From the time I made my first call to the time my furnace was back up and running was less than 3 hours!! We didn’t even have time to get cold!Our service technician, Rob was great. Both personable and professional. He found and fixed the problem quickly, checked the rest of the system and took the time to explain what went wrong. He also made suggestions on how to avoid problems in the future. We really recommend Aire Serv to everyone needing work on their HVAC system!
The tech worked very hard to correctly diagnose the problem, determined the compressor was bad but under warranty and ordered a new one. He had checked with another tech and his boss because the results weren’t normal but ruled out all other possible solutions, which were agreed to by the manufacturer. Installation is time consuming and expensive but cheaper than a new one.
Martin showed up at 9:30 pm to troubleshoot my furnace backflow problem. He was very professional and got the water to stop dripping on my basement floor quickly and told me who I needed to contact to fix the problem (certified backflow plumber, and there are only a handful in town!). Thank you!
