Riley Monson did a thorough inspection of my cooling and heating systems, including for signs of rodents in the attic (thankfully, none). No one has ever mentioned that before. He talked to me about maintenance items that will need attention soon and disclosed the cost of a service call if they have to come other than my regular twice yearly maintenance checks. I am on a maintenance plan and only pay at the fall visit, but I think the cost is reasonable and gives me peace of mind, especially in the spring as we get ready for the incoming heat. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with real technical expertise, but he absolutely delivered.
