Our heat stopped working and we were fortunate that we habitually work with Triple-T. They were able to come out the same day we called and after giving us the bad news that we needed a new furnace (backed up by photographs), we were given a reasonable estimate and the new furnace was installed the next day! It was a pleasure working with Greg Taylor, the comfort advisor, who provided several options without ANY pressure! And Bronson, the technician who installed the system, was professional and efficient. This is the third system Triple-T has replaced for us (in 3 different houses) and we are always impressed with the professionalism of the staff and technicians, as well as the work quality and integrity of the company.
Triple T used to be a family owned company. No more. They sold out and now have a “up sale” model that’s astounding. I called them when my Furniss was making a noise. They came out and told me that my 9 year old system, both Furniss and A/C needed to be replaced at a cost of $17,000.00. I got five phone calls from the sales guy trying to close the sale. Instead, I searched and found an honest small business HVAC company. They fixed my Furniss in one day for $650.00.Consumer beware of these guys! They’ll empty your bank account in a New York minute and call it Business.
Could not get our heater to click on. Mason was at our door and had the heater running in less than an hour of us calling. He was very nice, informative and professional. We were also charged a very reasonable rate. We would recommend Triple T for any HVAC issues.
Jesse Tanner with Triple T was fantastic. He called 30 minutes before arriving, showed up right on time, and diagnosed the issue quickly. He had everything fixed at a very reasonable cost, and they even honored their VA discount, which I really appreciated.Jesse also took the time to walk me through the HVAC system I inherited when I bought the home in 2024. I learned more in that visit than I have in the past year. Great service all around.I’ve officially found my HVAC company for my home and my rental properties. Triple T and their employees are the best! They were timely, professional, and extremely courteous.Brad went above and beyond to insure we got the furnace we needed. Bronson and Jaden led a team of people that got the furnace and A/C replaced and running within five hours.So glad I found these folks some years back. They were excellent then, and have only improved with time!
